Welcome to Nevermore. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nevermore platform ("the Service"), which allows players to host and join custom-format Magic: The Gathering Arena competitions. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, hosting a competition, joining an event, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a respectful and lawful manner. Harassment, abuse, cheating, collusion, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of competitions or the experience of other users is strictly prohibited. Hosts are responsible for enforcing their own competition rules and resolving disputes within their events.

3. Intellectual Property

Nevermore is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy of Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering®, MTG Arena, and related marks are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Nevermore is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Wizards of the Coast.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may submit competition descriptions, ban lists, chat messages, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Nevermore a limited licence to host, display, and distribute it solely for the operation of the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nevermore is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including competition outcomes, disputes between players, or loss of data.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or community.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available at this page.
